Perfect

Pros: This is my second stay, I really enjoyed it, customer service was superb, great location and my room was perfect. I am definitely going back!!

Great option for a stop on a train tour

Pros: Great family room layout and comfortable sleeping couch for 2 adults and 2 small children. Felt spacious and well thought-through. Great location very near to the station, with multiple small shops and food stops in a 100m radius.

Cons: Busy check-in experience, but that was just a matter of timing.

Pros: Room, service, amazing breakfast, amazing central location yet quiet.

Cons: Too bad they don’t allow a later checkout (even paid) for those who get later hyrox hours

Pros: Very clean, big rooms, and perfect atmosphere and location. I will definitely come back.

Cons: Nothing not to like.. but one point to remember always book a parking spot before you come. As they only allocate 8 places!! Other wise need to park St.Gallen Rathaus.

A memorable stay on a snowy new year!

Pros: This hotel is a gem in the heart of magical St Gallen which we saw dusted with snow over Christmas & New Year. Every comfort, including the most delicious breakfast with so much to choose from. The variety of breads and cold and hot foods was expansive. Finally, the rooms included a very comfortable bed & the best shower I’ve experienced - beautiful, classy hardware.

Cons: I’d like ceramic mugs to enjoy my morning coffee in the room, & a couple of glasses for water. The disposable cups brings the quality down a notch, and not good sustainable practice.
