very interesting and comfortable stay in a convenient location.

Pros: We have stayed here before and might do again. I like the fact that the hotel employs and trains special needs adults. My husband enjoyed all the design features of the hotel interior. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and comprised of locally produced food and drink. Our room had a balcony which was a bonus.

Pros: Nicely located, impeccably clean, and fantastic staff! Rooms are interestingly decorated, rather big and definitely comfy. Good breakfast. My daughter left her toy under the bed and they were so nice, to post it back!

Great stay

Pros: Great location, large room and lovely balcony. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful in sending the mobility pass. Maxi bar is a great addition

Great hotel

Pros: Centrally located but quiet. Rooms and en-suites modern, comfortable and well maintained. Very clean throughout.

Cons: Our only suggestion would be to make the balconies non smoking. The balconies are right next to each other. Because there was no air conditioning we had the windows open. But then next door’s smoke came directly into our room.

Pros: The location was perfect within the beautiful Canton of St Gallen. This outstanding medieval town rich in history was vibrant and welcoming. Lots of lovely places to eat, all close to the hotel. There is even a cable car ride within the town which conveys you to the top of the town. Up here you will find the hidden gem of the 3 lakes, you can swim in the lakes, sit in the lovely grounds, eat ice cream or have a coffee. What a wonderful, beautiful town. Beds were so comfy i wanted to take them home, we had a balcony which was lovely to sit out on and take in the view of the valleys above. Free tea and coffe available in the maxi room, you could also purchase snacks,beers etc by means of the honesty box. Staff were lovely, attention to detail 10/10. If you are here for any length of time consider purchasing a swiss travel pass, provides you with access to travel by any means, bust boat or train.
