Finland 🇫🇮

Pros: Perfect location, near the station restaurants and all the services. Room was good, with perfect shower and bathroom. Very friendly staff and facilities were spotlessly clean. Super quality over price!

Cons: Sound isolation was not perfect I heard a person talking on the phone in the next room and traffic outside. Other than that it was awesome!

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable and the location is very ideal - a very short walk to St. Gallen main train station. There were 2 working lifts that served every floor.

Cons: There is no fridge. However, the reception staff are friendly so while the reception is still operating, you can get cups of ice to chill your drinks.

Very modern small hotel with Japanese vibe

Pros: The hotel is very modern with self check in check out which I like. There’s even a robot serving snacks and drinks. The rooms are very small but very well organized

Cons: It was not clear at first how i could get drinks in my room

Very pretty

Pros: Very pretty hotel with beautiful room views right next to the train station, so convenient when getting off a long train ride.

Cons: Kept emailing me in advance to insist on self check in online. Ended up doing self check in when I arrived anyway at a self help desk. Just a bit of a nuisance for no reason for a nice hotel, they should be happy to check you in at reception in my opinion to avoid the spam emails.
