We felt very at home here and would have liked to stay longer.

Pros: Waldgasthaus Lehmen is a charming traditional Swiss hotel with some modern touches and a friendly, homely feel. It lies in a peaceful valley with nice views of the mountains and good walking from the door. It is also convenient for beautiful mountain hikes nearby which were made easily accessible by cable-car.

Cons: It was quite warm in our room but then we arrived during a heatwave. Air-con would have been nice but we appreciate this would be unusual to find in a small family-run hotel.

Amazing

Pros: My Friend and I stayed for one Night amd everything from the little details in the room, to the comfortable bed, great dinner & breakfast was Amazing! Special shout out to the staff, everyone was exceptionally forthcoming and kind. My friend got injured on the Trotto ride and the Owner provided ice , bandages amd also some homeopathic medicine my friend was after, nothing was too much trouble and we will definitively come back with our families. Thanks!

Very cozy and hospitable hotel

Pros: The room was really cozy and lovely. A really good shower and the design really fits the country. The staff was really nice and tried their best to speak English.

Cons: Prices are way too high in this area of course.

Pros: The breakfast was good although felt that the crossiants were a little stale on day two.

Cons: The food in the restaurant was excellent but a little pricey.

Very pleasant stay

Pros: The location was perfect to experience Switzerland’s beauty. The staff were very obliging and helpful. We enjoyed our stay

Lovely place, lovely staff, lovely food.

Pros: Every detail was taken care of. The accommodation was comfortable and quiet. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Idyllic location with plenty of walking opportunities.

Drei tolle Tage im und um \

Pros: Ausserordentlich freundlicher Service, wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Gutes Essen, ohne lange Wartezeiten. Room Service liess keine Wünsche offen. Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Wanderungen.

Cons: Fällt mir spontan nichts ein.

Pros: Für unseren Kurztrip passte alles, auch die urchige Innenausstattung :-) Der Gastgeber hat uns spontan auf die Alpabfahrt hingewiesen, welche wir um 8 Uhr, selbst von der grosszügigen Terrasse aus, ganz nah miterleben durften. Die Gastgeberin spendierte an einem Getränkestand am Wegesrand eine Stärkung an die traditionell gekleideten Treiber*Innen. Wie aufmerksam... und was für ein Erlebnis! Die Gastgeber könnten bei Bedarf ruhig etwas Werbung dafür für uns Städter machen ;-) Wir waren rundum zufrieden, von der qualitativ sehr guten Verköstigung über die Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und das unkomplizierte Reagieren auf unsere Wünsche. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
