Fair enough for a short stay

Pros: The room was tidy and good in general but there was a stain in the cover sheet. It was good to have tea and coffee facilities available. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good and varied and the lady from Turkey was very warm and attentive,she made such a good coffee pot!

Cons: I didn't like the coffee,tea facilities at the corridor,you can hear other's making tea and sometimes talking to their companions while they wait for the kettle to boil. I didn't like so much the loby man attitude when he welcomed me to the Hotel,he was low key impatient and dry. It would be nice to have some shampoo,conditioner samples.

Good central hotel in pretty Arbon.

Pros: Hotel is just outside town in a lovely building with outside seating area - 5 minute walk to restaurants and lake. Very clean, spacious room, breakfast was varied and plentiful. The tea and coffee facility on the landing was much appreciated. There is safe storage for bikes. The staff were very helpful. Would stay here again if in the area.

Cons: It was a pity that we arrived on a Sunday evening and we could not sample the beer and restaurant as this was closed.

Pros: Good location not far to walk for restaurants and bars. Breakfast was nice.

Convenient for town, clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. Good breakfast

Cons: Shame bar didn’t open earlier on Saturday afternoon!

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Brauerei Frohsinn. The location is very convenient if one is thinking of cycling along the Bodensee. It suited us well, the room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very nice, with a handy walk-in shower. We ate in the hotel restaurant on both evenings and enjoyed our meals very much. The food was really excellent! Shame we didn't have an opportunity to try the beer. Next time! Breakfast was also very good; lots of fruit, yoghurt, choices of cheeses, meats, various different kinds of bread, etc. Friendly staff. The hotel has its own parking lot.

Cons: We didn't realise that breakfast was served later on a Sunday! We went downstairs at 7.30 and there was no-one around, and all the doors were still locked. Never mind. We'll know next time! No lifts, so carrying a heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs is not so nice!

Pros: Fantastic, beautiful place, pleasant hotel, homely atmosphere, good breakfast, parking and finally, the manager and the whole team led by Željko were extremely friendly, helpful, they welcome you as a friend and not just as a guest... Thank you for a few wonderful days. Congratulations

Pros: Wir waren 3 Familien und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Abendessen, das Frühstück, der Service waren perfekt. Wir haben super geschlafen und es gibt so gut wie keine Nebengeräusche zu den anderen Zimmern. In die Altstadt und an den See/Hafen sind es keine 10 min. Jederzeit wieder!

Enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Our room was small but very comfortable. Loved that there was parking. Had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. Staff was wonderful. We would stay here again!

Pros: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parkplätze waren vor der Tür. E-Bike konnten im Fahrradschuppen aufgeladen werden. Das Personal war auch extrem Hunde freundlich.

Cons: Es gab nichts negatives.

Fantastisch

Pros: Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Chef des Hauses sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit für alle Wünsche und Fragen offen. Lage 2 Minuten zu Fuss von der wunderschönen Altstadt und 5 Minuten vom Hafen entfernt, somit ideal.
