Revier Hotel Säntispark

I will stay this hotel again for my next visit to St. Gallen. Cheer!

Pros: Very cost and quiet hotel, i love it. Staffs and people friendly.

Pros: The room is clean and spacious. There are also well-organized common areas in the hotel lobby. The hotel is right next to the Säntispark where you can enjoy water activities. The hotel offers a good value that the stay also includes the entrance tickets to the Säntispark. We would definitely come back again.

Would stay there again was a lovely hotel

Pros: Every one was pleasant and polite had no problems with any thing was a nice and relaxing stay

Pros: I believe the hotel has been recently renovated to a very high standard as everything in the room was brand new.

Cons: No full length mirror and no tea/coffee in the room.

It's a shame we didn't stay longer

Pros: The location of the hotel itself is unreal. Switzerland is truly beautiful, and when you stay in this hotel you can experience it. The interior is magical, so well blended that we were speechless. The accommodation itself offers a large number of fun activities for everyone. The reception staff were very friendly and very young and cheerful. The breakfast was great.

Cons: As we arrived late and left the hotel early in the morning, we had a great desire to enjoy the pool. However, this was not possible for several reasons - the pools and spa area are not located in the hotel, but in the shopping center across the street. That complex is open until 10 in the evening, and from 9 in the morning, and it's about a 5-minute walk there. We arrived at the hotel at 9:00 p.m., hurried to take a shower and put on our bathing suits to at least swim a little, and already at 9:40 p.m. they told us that we had to leave because the end of working hours was coming....

Great hotel next to Säntis Park

Pros: I really liked the location next to the Säntis Waterpark (which is what we went for!) and the space in the lobby to sit, read or simply have a drink. It was great that the waterpark entrance and waistbands were provided within the stay at the hotel for the 2 days we stayed, along with towels (that we returned to the hotel after use).

Cons: The Air Conditioning panel was really confusing, in fact so confusing we couldn't turn it on! it was so hot that it was hard to sleep. Every time we went to reception there was no one there to answer the question about the AC. They were there in the morning but not in the evening when the question about the AC was relevant. We gave up. They should abslutely have a \

Great stay, great spa, great restaurant, pleasant service

Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and smiling, especially the restaurant staff. The receptionist told me we had her favourite room in the hotel and I can concur that it was flawless - very spacious, had everything one might need. The hotel itself seems a little bit dated at this point and could easily be a luxurious place with some renovation. However it is only if you are picky, the restaurant food was amazing, we enjoyed our time at the SPA greatly, the room was perfect, enjoyed the mountain outside the balcony. It was a perfect plan B due to a rainy day in St Gallen. Highly recommend.

Cons: If I had to be picky - usually hotels in this price range offer coffee/tea in the room. It's a tiny detail and perhaps it is quite common in Switzerland as I found numerous places without it but just to have something for improvement.

Perfect get away with kids

Pros: Conveniently located for the water park, quiet location, car park, easy to find
