Thank you ever so much New star team

Pros: Lovely clean and tidy. Exceptional hotel and fantastic location and facilities. Free parking, lovely bar area and really close to the stadium (5 min walk) Shower was really powerful and the balcony was a fab addition to the room. Our dog was able to travel with us and they put a dog bowl, bed and treat in the room which was so thoughtful. Would definitely stay again if in st gallen. I cannot thank the hotel staff enough. Staff were very attentive and polite. They lent us an adapter free of charge for our stay as we only had Europe ones not Swiss ones which we appreciated. I genuinely can’t thank the team enough as I left my dental retainers in the room and the hotel team posted them back to me to the uk promptly and were amazing. Amazing stay and thank you.

Cons: Only thing I wished they had was air con as it got a little warm in the evening but during the day it was lovely and cool.

Pros: The staff is very kind, attentionate and very efficient. The room was clean and very comfortable. Very good dinner as well. The hotel is only 10 minutes bus away from the center of St Gallen so it is easy to commute.

Business hotel with a good bed, free parking, a bit expensive, Uzbek tv, and mediocre breakfast.

Pros: Very clean room, very good bed (the best so far during my 7 year career which involves staying in hotels), the restaurant is sublime.

Cons: Well the breakfast was quite sober, some cold cuts, some cheese, no fresh orange juice, too little choice actually. It wasn't the bed I booked, got two single beds and only one blanket. No mini bar, the tv-channels; none English speaking only German and Uzbek (? unbelievable, no? yes Uzbek tv). The bar wasn't cosy.

I am satisfied with our stay at New-Star hotel. I will recommend it to my acquaintances as well.

Pros: The location is excellent. The hotel was closed when we arrived but we got a detailed instructions how can we take over our rooms. The rooms were clean a cosy with a good Internet access. The staff was very helpful and kind at the check in/our procedure.

Cons: Small TV without channels in English. I cannot say any more negative about this hotel.
