Nice and family-friendly hotel

Pros: Nice family-friendly hotel, helpful staff. We got a free room upgrade, so we stayed not in the annex. The room was good, comfortable and spacious, had a tee/coffee station. We traveled with the kid and we didn’t request a baby cot in advance, but they provided us with one quickly, which is super nice.

Cons: The only thing is that the floor in the room we stayed in was pretty cold (carpets were only in sleeping area) and they don’t have any slippers (even as a paid option). It would be nice to have some slippers in rooms which don’t have carpets.

Pros: Quiet hotel, comfortable beds, friendly staff, close to bus stops

Cons: Lift very small, wheelchair didn’t fit but grateful there was a lift as an option.

Wonderful stay! Great room!

Pros: Fantastic, huge room. The bathroom was the size of half of my apartment. Great amenities, nicely furnished. I enjoyed the bathtub! Breakfast room was lovely, breakfast was ok. Very quiet in the room. Good location. Would love to stay here again!

Cons: The breakfast is ok but a little basic.

Great, very short stay (one night)

Pros: Herisau is a very interesting market town and the hotel is very near the centre. It is well placed for activities, such as walking, in Appenzellerland. Very good breakfast

Cons: Fewer cars on the road woould have been good. But it wasn't that bad and didn't stop me from sleeping

Pros: Great breakfast, practical clean and functional room. Price very interesting. Location was reasonably accessible from St. Gallen (train every 15min + connecting buses).

Cons: The quality of the bed itself could have been a bit better.

Pros: Das Personal freundlich, die Zimmer und das Restaurant sind modern mit dem vollständig erhaltenen Charakter der das Haus mitbringt. Nichts wurde zu Tode sarniert, rustikal und modern eine perfekte Kombination, wie ich selbst Zimmer gestalten würde

Perfekter Ausflug nach Herisau mit einer ebenso guter Unterkunft.

Pros: Das Frühstück Buffet war sehr ausgewogen und frisch. Die Auswahl von Gebäck war ausgewogen und gut. Die Getränke Auswahl war gut und wurde persönlich vom Personal angefragt und serviert.
