Fantastic hotel and would absolutely stay here again without a shadow of a doubt.

Pros: Location was perfect, within close proximity to local bus stop, with regular buses throughout the day. Very quiet and beautiful views. One of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. Staff were absolutely fantastic and very friendly and helpful.

enjoyable over all.

Pros: We liked almost everything about this hotel. For example the facilities such as spa, free parking on site, great Service and clean rooms.

Cons: Small details like internal spaces from corridors to rooms noticeably for us smelled unpleasant like a hospital or care home, our guess was it was perhaps due to the chemicals used for cleaning. Airing and using source of pleasant aromas definitely helps to improve the first impression and feel for gusts. Also the shower door glass needs to have a soft stopper not to bang against the stone as it was the case in our room to avoid accidental damage and for safety.

Pros: Very nice hotel, friendly stuff and big rooms. I love the balcony. Spa is also very nice. Pool is cold, they say that is 27 degrees but it feels cold. Especially in the winter. I like the coffee aparaat in the room. Hotel and rooms are very clean, excellent. Thank you for the small gift at checkout, very tasty! I will love to visit again.

Cons: I didn't like the price of the parking, 20 swiss frank for a day.

Pros: First of all, this stay was a suprise for my mother's birthday and her and my father really loved the place. I will have to thank a lot to the great staff, because all of them and Mrs. Tamara were really nice. They helped me prepare a little surprise for my mother and also they treated my parents amazing while they were there. Mrs. Tamara was lovely, because she also hand wrote a letter for my mom in Romanian, which obviously is not her language. I recommend this place with all my heart!

Very good for a short stay.

Pros: The size of the room was wonderful, with a little seating area plus a dressing room . Very good breakfast, exceptional personnel during the breakfast time. The wellness area was nicely done incl little snacks and refreshments.

Cons: The gate to the parking space did not open by itself during the late night hours, my friend had to get out of the car and swipe the hotel card to open the gate. This is not a safe procedure. The atmosphere at the hotel bar seemed rather cold. We would have liked some music in the background, it was a bit strange, one could over hear everyone's conversation.
