Pros: Location was really awesome on the lake, the Spa really making the best out of it with constant access to the view of the lake from most places in the Spa itself. Breakfast was also fantastic with the opportunity to eat with the sea in front. The luxury was also present in the rooms, but it felt a bit outdated and on the old side. Not enough power outlets and technology that feels like the day before yesterday. We had a room on the street side, maybe a room with seaview would have been better.

Cons: We felt the room was old, and street was kind of busy due to some roadwork leading more trafic past the hotel, but other than that it was a great stay with good personel and a great SPA.

The stay was basically a success

Pros: Hotel on the lake shore, very beautiful location. Rooms are cozy. Very large balcony with panoramic view of the lake. Very quiet environment.

Cons: Although the rooms are equipped with an air conditioner control panel, we were unable to select the desired temperature with it. We contacted the reception, but they did not help us there either. We realized that the temperature was centrally regulated. It was hot for us to sleep, the remote control kept showing that the temperature was +25 and we could not lower it to a comfortable temperature for us.

Pros: Amazing view on the lake, room are comfortable and extremely clean. The spa and pool are amazing with a great view as well.

Pros: Wonderful hotel all round; amazing location, fantastic staff, great food (both in the restaurant and at the breakfast buffet), and awesome facilities. The spa, sauna and fitness room are all really well-equipped and make for a great wellness centre. There's lots of attention to the details, and it adds up!

Cons: Lose the cheesy Radio Swisscom music playing everywhere (in the lobby, in the lift, in the restaurant, in the sauna lobby..) - it makes the place feel like a supermarket rather than a premium hotel.
