Pros: The staff was very kind, very attentive. The room and the whole hotel is so cozy and comfortable. Felt like being at home, I really enjoyed my stay.

Personal, welcoming and charming

Pros: As always the staff makes you feel warmly welcomed. I am always staying at this marvellous hotel if I have the chance, thanks to the wonderful staff and the excellent standard of the hotel facilities. It is always clean, comfortable and, exactly as the name suggests, very charming.

Cons: There are no such things.I blame only myself for forgetting to bring a power plug converter as the wall sockets in Switzerland are a bit different than the Swedish ones.
