Excellent location, very good facilities,

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Good welcome from the staff. Very good location close to the railway station. Very good breakfast. Very spacious room.

Nice stay close to Appenzell!

Pros: The room was big (even bigger than what we needed) and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet and the check in was made autonomously. The breakfast was simple but tasty, prepared by a lovely lady. It was good for our one night stay around the area of Appenzell.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful hosts! Great location - even by public transport (train station 2 min away). Clean, spacious and cozy room. Great breakfast was served individually.

Cons: Hotel is close to train rails, but my room was opposite side, therefore I didn’t have any problems with that.

Royal stay

Pros: The staff was amazing, the food was delicious, large room with comfy beds. We felt really at home. You must dine in the restaurant when you are there and please make a reservation because it is very popular. The service they provide is 5star.

A lovely friendly guesthouse close to Appenzell.

Pros: This is a lovely guest house run by very friendly and welcoming staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was quiet as requested. There is nothing here to complain about. We loved it.
