Lovely full service hotel, well located, worth a visit!!

Pros: Wonderful hotel, clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly staff, great restaurant, amazing breakfast, very nice amenities including coffee/tea on each floor, lovely pool and spa area, attention to detail...

Cons: Perhaps a few more signs in English or French (but that is true of Appenzell in general which is quite wonderful)

I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Pros: I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like! The location was beautiful, parking easy, the spa amazing, my room and the view off the balcony was beautiful! Everything was very well thought out. I liked the refreshment stands on each floor, I thought it that was a really good touch! It wasn’t a massive hotel so getting around was super easy, the restaurants were lovely and the food, well, yum!! All the staff seemed very pleasant and friendly. Nothing was too much :) the spa area is phenomenal, so so relaxing! The outdoor pools and area are fabulous, if you enjoy nature then this is the place! I had a manicure whilst I was there and my therapist was lovely! Very friendly too. I don’t think I’ve felt that relaxed in a long time, thank you.

Ich liebe alles von Hof Weissbad!

Pros: I have stayed here several times. It is very expensive so it makes a lovely treat. Personally I like that it is all „auf Deutsch“. I like to experience a place from that country‘s perspective, plus I can work on my German!

A spa hotel that exceeded our expectations which had been already high before.

Pros: A beautifully located hotel. The staff was all very helpful and extremely nice. Breakfast, as well as dinner, were delicious. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Very comfortable parking lot beneath the hotel with an elevator from there to all floors. Not a cheap hotel but relative to prices in Switzerland very high value for money.

Cons: If I have to pick one thing so the interior design was a bit too modern with colors that do not fit the ambiance of the hotel and its surroundings. Nothing significant and surely I'll be very glad to stay there again.
