Hotel Kreuzlingen am Hafen

Good location and comfortable well run hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was continental which i already knew and was perfectly adequate. Evening meals are simple with a limited menu.

Cons: The only slight criticism are the towels. They could be larger and possibly thicker.

Comfortable stay

Pros: very modern styled hotel. liked the size of the room, the bathroom was a little odd with the sink on the outside and an opaque glass panel in the bedroom itself, but otherwise great. The breakfast was nice. Good location overlooking the park and easy walk to Konstanz. Free parking. Perfect for our one night stay.

Cons: Just the layout of the bathroom was weird. Otherwise it was great. Could hear people above and next door a little bit.

Ideal for single travellers, however a bit strange room set up for couples.

Pros: Good sized room. Lovely shower and toilet plenty of space to lay out your suitcase and a lovely Park adjacent to the harbour in front of the hotel. Recommend the observation tower that is 200 m in front of the hotel in the park for the view.

Cons: For some bizarre reason the wash basin is located in the room and not in the toilet. Perhaps this is ideal for single travellers however if you are a couple and you wish to prepare yourself for the day while your partner or wife is still sleeping, it simply isn’t possible. It’s also strange from a hygiene point of view as you need to come out of the toilet to wash your hands, a very unique and poor design feature.

Pros: Warm and welcoming staffs. Perfect location near the Bodensee and Konstanz city center. Modern romm design.

Pros: Quiet location. Easy walking distance to Konstanz.

A bed for an overnight stay after working as a DJ at a 60th birthday party

Pros: A modern hotel. The room ceiling was high and it was not claustrophobic. Nice bed, and bathroom with walk in shower. Close to railway line but I heard nothing. Breakfast is available at an extra cost. I didn't have breakfast and cannot report on it. Receptionist was friendly and spoke English. City tax is to be paid at the check-out. Remember to have some cash.

Cons: Nothing could have been better. I would have enjoyed a cup of coffee without having to pay for breakfast. There was water by the lift but I didn't know if this was free or it cost extra. No water in the room.

Pros: Excellent location , very welcoming The staff were excellent at all times , nothing to much trouble , fabulous service

Pros: Was there to visit a friend, the room is clean, staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is simply divine! Just the right spread with really fresh bread, yoghurt and fragrant coffee! I’m going to miss it a lot!
