Pros: The hotel is in a nice location. The staff was friendly. Even thought it was written that the reception is only open until 18.00pm, it was possible to do the check-in afterwards thanks to the keybox and a code they provide. The room was big and very clean. Good value for money. Recommend it.

Pros: Location right at the lake, ten minutes walk to Konstanz train station. Free parking, whereas many Konstanz hotels charge 20 Euros per night.

Cons: The rooms aren't beautiful, but functional. They are part of a sports complex and are comparable to motel rooms in the US (only much cleaner).

Very nice and quite place at a good location with good breakfast

Pros: The staff was super friendly and everything was very uncomplicated. The rooms were spacious and everything was also super clean. We were surprised that you could rent bikes for free and also could use the sport facilities. I will certainly visit again.

Very nice location if you are coming to Constance by car. Only a few minutes from the city Center and with great breakfa

Pros: It was not my first stay but I am not disappointed this time either. The location is close to the centre, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was satisying. Bonus that the bike rental is complimentary and the lake is really close.

Cons: I missed a small fridge from the room, and if someone is searching for an extra quite place to stay its not for them.

Pros: The room and bathroom are large. Lots of drawer and closet space. Access straight outside to a large green space with Lake Bodensee 150 meters distant. Breakfast was good with indoor and outdoor seating. Check-in was straightforward with a friendly and helpful representative. Safe and secure bike storage, although we kept ours in the room. Ten minute walk to Germany (Konstanz) with all the amenities of a city.

Cons: Check-in location is awkward (it is at the entrance to the arena). Not a big deal, just not where one might expect. Then again, the entire property is part of a sports complex so makes sense. Unfortunately, a large tent on the grass area was being removed during our stay (we were advised of this well in advance of arriving). There was some noise and an obscured view of the lake. This was not a hotel matter and as noted, we were told what to expect weeks in advance.

Budget Hotel along the Bicycle Path

Pros: Location is good for the bicycle path along the Rhine or Bodensee. Indoor bicycle storage room. Good breakfast included. A good budget hotel, easy walk to downtown Konstanz and restaurants, etc.

Cons: No air conditioning, which isn't unusual in Europe, but the design of the hotel means that there isn't much airflow, either. All the rooms had to keep their doors open in order to get any breeze, which of course takes away any privacy.
