Good place to stay

Pros: The location is great and is very close to skiing track. The room was neat and clean. The staff was nice as well Supermarket is near by aswell We enjoyed the indoor pool as well We really had a great time. The food in the restaurant is also good

Overall a good stay

Pros: Was offered an upgrade to our room as this was not available via booking.com .This turned out to be excellent.All meals where good.

Cons: Confusion on want room we had actually booked on booking.com.Although this was easily sorted out.

Pros: Spa area was excellent. It was located at top floor with magnificient view for mountains. The restaurant of hotel had very good food.

Cons: Our room was in a side building and was somewhat outdated but anyway moderate.

Pros: Nice place on the grand tour route, spa was amazing

Cons: Rooms was very basic but was ok for night, one of the rooms had 1 single bed in the room when we turned up which wasn’t ideal carrying luggage up and down but they changed rooms for us, parking was a nightmare they wanted to charge us €8 each per night but there was no spaces left so we parked next door in spar shop for free after 6:30pm, people using the amazing spa facilities naked was Abit of a put off didn’t like looking at others private parts while trying to chill

Cons: We have to change the room because room 226 is above the wellness area and at night is loud.

Pros: The location is really nice. Beautiful view, family friendly location. Playground for the kids is available, also a small swimming pool was a nice bonus ☺️

Pros: The village is peaceful and lovely. Unfortunately we did not stay there long enough. The hotel gives you a homely feel, they featured a top notch Turkish restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was nice too

Cons: It was a bit of a mountainous drive to get to the place if coming from Zurich
