Nice apartment that I can highly recommend.

Pros: Very nice and spacious apartment that is newly renovated and well equipped. It is located in a quiet area and the city area is in short walking distance as well as some restaurants and a bakery. The tenant was very responsive, very helpful, and arranged the parking registration that you need in Rorschach. Instructions for the access to the apartment were precise and easy.

Pros: Gemütlich eingerichtete Dachwohnung in der Nähe der Bahnhaltestellen Rorschach Stadt oder Rohrschach Hafen. Wenige Fussminuten zum See und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr sauber. Freundliche und Hilfsbereite Gastgeberin (gute und aktive Kommunikation). Gut ausgestattete Küche (Glaskeramik, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspühler). Ich konnte mein Fahrrad sicher abstellen.

Cons: An schönen Sommertagen sehr heiss (keine Klimaanlage). Dank erhöhter Lage kann bei trockenem Wetter in der Nacht durchgelüftet werden.

Pros: Очень чистый апартамент. близко к двум станциям поезда. Очень удобная кровать и большие подушки . Апартамент имеет терассу этажом ниже. Все есть . Масло для жарки , соль сахар ,перец , принадлежности для чая кофе. Пушистые полотенца. Все было отлично в нашем проживании . Бесконтактное получение ключа .

Cons: Нет кондиционера. Он не был заявлен , поэтому нет претензий. Летом очень жарко , это мансардный этаж ,можно добавить вентилятор . Спрашивайте сразу как пользоваться стиральной машиной. Она находится в подвале , нужно воспользоваться ключом . Хозяйка недоступна в what's up, это бы решило многие мелочи
