Spaceous, clean and very cosy apartment

Pros: Lovely clean and very cozy apartment. It looks even better than the pictures. The bed was also comfortable. It had a lot of space and also a nice kitchen. Alexa was fun to use. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons: My advice to the owner is to write all the notes and instructions in English as well /next to the German text/ because they were written in German and I had to translate everything with my phone which was a bit frustrating. The coffee machine stuck on milk system washing, for me, the most important thing from the facilities is a coffee machine. The pink light and bed rings were a bit more from the decoration. A toaster and water heater for tea will be a big plus.

Nice modern apartment in a good but hard to find location.

Pros: Nice modern apartment in a good location. Nice coffee maker and well stocked with beverages available at reasonable price.

Cons: Very hard to find the unit with the directions provided. Even people in the neighbourhood didn’t know where the building was. The payment process was complicated - got messages saying everything was okay and provided a key code and then the day of arrival getting a note “the mail didn’t go through, pay a Taxi with a link”. At the intercom being told to pay 150 CHF deposit which hopefully we will get back. While I knew a deposit was required I assumed this would be taken on my credit card. Another item to mention is the unit is “Smart” Alexa controlled by German commands. The unit is very dark and figuring out the lights was a challenge.

Toller Aufenthalt mit Suchtfaktor

Pros: Total nette Vermieter , stets hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. Dieser Urlaub war die Perfekte Muschung aus Sigthseeing und abendlucher Entspannung.

Cons: Da gab es nichts .

Pros: La posizione ottima , a due passi dal lago e dal centro . L'appartamento funzionale e arredato con buon gusto.

Cons: Abbiamo trovato la cappa molto unta ... Per il resto con le temperature alte era troppo caldo senza nemmeno un ventilatore.

Pros: Toll eingerichtet, und absolut perfekt ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht. Anbieter war bei Fragen/unklarheiten jederzeit erreichbar.

Cons: Der Parkplatz könnte besser signalisiert bzw angeschrieben sein.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und sauber. Wie beschrieben.

Cons: Vorsicht beim Anbieter. Die Unterkunft erhebt willkürliche Kautionen mit der Androhung, bei Nichtbezahlung das System runter zu fahren. Die Kaution kommt trotz versprechen nicht zurück. Booking.com hilft, aber es ist ein langwieriger und mühsamer Prozess.

Pros: Sehr gut ausgestattete, saubere und komfortable Ferienwohnung.

Cons: Falls man mit dem Fahrrad anreist, muss man berücksichtigen, dass es draußen keine sichere Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Velos gibt. Die Velos dürfen auf gar keinen Fall mit in die Unterkunft genommen werden.
