Lakeside Apartments Rorschach - easy self check-in

Pros: Very convenient to the train stations in Rorschach. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean apartment

Cons: If I had to say something the pillows are very flat / soft but I believe this is common across Switzerland but it didn’t spoil our stay

Pros: Property is at the Rorschach hafen train station so very accessible to travel around. The property is very spacious and clean with all kitchen utensils available

Cons: Quite a quiet town but this didn’t bother us just an observation

We really enjoyed our two nights here. It would be a great location for a longer family holiday

Pros: Fantastic location literally on the station platform and overlooking the lake. Tastefully furnished incluidng some superb artworks. All required facilities provided and in good order. Unexpected bonus of roof terrace.

Cons: Entrance a little hard to find in a side passage, but this was partly because construction works were ongoing at another property in the same building.

Pros: It wasnt the hosts fault, but switzerland uses a different 2 pin plug size to europe. This meant we could not charge our phones with the euro converters we brought with us However, speaking to another guest, we had a usb charger cable and we could use the white tv box to plug the usb into so we could charge our phones . we wer edirectly over a railway line and we were concerened over noise. However we found the train noise to be perfectly acceptable and the trains stopped running around 11pm i think, so they were no botherf

Conveniently located in a beautiful town. Recommended.

Pros: Typically Swiss - functional without frills. Think provision of coat hangers, but no wardrobe, or provision of iron, but no ironing board. Clean, though, and excellently located.

Pros: Incredible location with an excellent view of the lake. The price is also reasonable.

Cons: The internet connection is really not good at all.

Simply fabulous place. Very clean, extremely excellent location, convenient transportation. Everything nearby.

Pros: Very excellent location. Right in front of the train station, a small train station which is quiet and tranquil. And also in front of the train station there is a harbor. This harbor has direct ferries going to Lindau. In my opinion, this is the best place to stay at around the Lake Constance region.

Cons: There are indeed parking places around it, and very close to the property. However, in average I need to spend 15-20 Swiss francs in parking.

Overall, pleasant stay with beautiful views of the Lake Constance.

Pros: Beautiful view on the lake, very functional apartment, fully equipped. Parking very close to the apartment.

Cons: The apartment is facing the local train station hence the noise starts very early morning if windows are open. The building while right on the lake is surrounded by bars and restaurants which adds to extra noise during late evenings. This was not noted in the apartment description. However, if the windows are closed, it is very quiet.

Spacious apartment, will definitely stay there again!

Pros: Spacious apartment! The location is just perfect. We only heard the train, when we were in complete silence in the evening when we are putting our baby to sleep.

Cons: The entrance door was always unlocked, which made us feel a little uncomfortable. Also, the elevator is tiny, it was difficult for even one of us to to fit in with our stroller.
