This is an excellent hotel. Very charming.

Pros: This facility was excellent and good value. It was especially impressive that it was so quiet since it was on a busy street. Would definitely book this again. The owner was delightful and took such good care of us. The breakfast was very good.

Cons: We couldn't check in until 1600 hours and the door was locked until then.

Great property but some failings !

Pros: Location. Adjacent to the lake. Good parking. Breakfast good. Beautiful property the outside belies the modernity of the interior

Cons: Night time entrance at the rear of the property with barely any lighting, potentially dangerous when wet. Needed a ‘ tidy up’ round the back. We were on the 2nd floor ( no lift) we were barely checked in - host ran ahead to the room, despite being aware of me awaiting knee surgery no offer of help was given.

Very friendly welcome and very comfortable hotel.

Pros: The breakfast was nicely presented, tasty and plentiful. Easy to reach location but we had to drive again in the evening because we couldn’t find a nice restaurant nearby. The hotel didn’t serve dinner at the time.

Pros: Friendly manager excellent location 10 mins walk from the beach. Nice simple breakfast.

Cons: The beds were a little hard and there is no air conditioning as it is an old but very beautiful building.

Quaint, high level of service. Great hotel.

Pros: In a word, Joel; what a great host, never without a smile on his face & always there to help with answering any question or query. The hotel itself is very quaint, in typical Swiss fashion. Plenty of car parking & our room was very large with the most incredibly comfortable bed & bedlinen. Breakfast was plentiful, & enjoyed by us both. We used the stay as a way-point for a trip to Garda & as a chance to visit the Autobau museum. The Pier restaurant is not far away by the lake; best to pre-book & it closes at 20:00 on a Sunday.

Cons: A little expensive, but then again Swiss hotels are never \

Pros: die Lage war gut. Nur ca. fünf Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Zimmer mit Dusch ,WC sind sehr schön renoviert. Eine sehr gute Matratze, ich konnte super gut schlafen. Auch das Früstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und gut.
