Switzerland 🇨🇭

Beim ersten Einchecken gab es Kaffee, aber dann gab es keinen Kaffee.

Pros: Denn das Hotel ist ein Neubaugebiet. Es ist also alles neu. ich mag hier

Cons: Es gab eine Reinigungskraft mit einer schlechten Einstellung und einem traurigen Gesichtsausdruck. Sie ist nie höflich und ich mag sie nicht. Sie sollte zu Hause bleiben und das Hotel sollte Personal mit guter Serviceeinstellung wählen. Als Kunden nach Müllsäcken fragten, erhielten sie keine zufriedenstellende Antwort. Sie sagte, sie könne nur einen pro Woche liefern und bat uns, unsere eigenen Müllsäcke zu kaufen. Der Müll stinkt im Sommer so stark, dass er nur einmal pro Woche gereinigt werden kann. Das gesamte Übernachtungsgeld war ausgegeben, aber die Putzfrau sagte: Versucht sie, die Gäste zu vertreiben?
