Very lovely place and host.

Pros: Very comfortable with a few little local food samples to try. Also they did our washing for us… do grateful! Nice quiet location.

Perfect for my needs.

Pros: It was very clean and comfortable. Spacious and private with own entrance. Neat little kitchenette and a table for dining at. Lovely to find a coffee machine and good supply of capsules. Hosts were really friendly and helpful. I loved it. Great location too.

A Fabulous Location With So Much To Offer

Pros: Bruno, our host, was warm and welcoming. He provided sample items of produce from Appenzell for us. This was a delightful surprise. There was great on-site parking. The accommodation was within walking distance of the village centre, local sites, shopping and eateries. The location provided us with a fantastic base to explore further afield. While staying in Appenzell we did day trips to Ebenalp, St Gallen and Stein am Rhine. All were very manageable. The property had a lovely outdoor area with hammocks and a covered BBQ area available to guests. The self-contained apartment was well set up for a very comfortable stay. There was a coffee pod machine with pods supplied and all cooking accessories needed to eat in, if you wished to.

Cons: Next visit we would stay longer in this beautiful part of the world. This time we only had a few days which was not nearly long enough!

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien, tiene todo lo necesario y está a 5 minutos andando de la estación. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y con mucha luz. Bruno y su hija son unos huéspedes muy atentos y agradables. Si vuelvo a Appenzel volveré sin duda a alojarme aquí, lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.

Cons: La calefacción no funcionó y por las noches hacía algo de frío en el apartamento.

Buenísimo!

Pros: cercano a la estación de tren. A 10’ caminando del centro. Bruno es un muy buen anfitrión. El apto tiene las comodidades básicas y nos gustó que nos dejara un presente tradicional del lugar. Bien calefaccionado y con extractor en el baño. El pueblo y los alrededores son bellísimos. Sin duda recomiendo y repetiríamos

Cons: Solo por sugerir algo a mejorar podría ser que el colchón era muy delgado lo que lo hacía algo incómodo.
