Wonderful retreat in nature but very close to the town.

Pros: It is a real genuine swiss home. Sauna is available too, which was a positive surprise. We would like to come for winter there. The special touch we liked is instant espresso cartridge machine and supply of cartridges.

Cons: There was no wi fi in 2 out of 3 bedrooms.

Quiet cosy place

Pros: Very nice place, quiet and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and helpfull. Garden is great. It is a nice walk to the town.

Cons: Beds could have a harder mattress. There is no way to get to the stream on the photos. Internet is very slow sometimes.

All in all, it was a great stay for one night with the family and dog.

Pros: Breakfast was not included, but there were coffee capsules for the coffee machine provided and some basics in the kitchen and bathroom. It had everything essential. Great place for kids and dog, very quiet and tranquilizing to chill out. Definitely recommending.

Cons: A TV for the evenig would have been nice or for rainy days, but not essential.

Pros: It has european power sockets, whick are very useful. The house is really nice, the beds, and the pillows are very comfortable.

Nice base to explore St Gallen and Appenzell

Pros: A lovely separate apartment on the ground floor of a family house. Everything was very clean, the kitchen is spacious and the beds comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for more. Our children really enjoyed playing on the trampoline outside.
