Bright and modern apartment in the heart of Altstätten

Spacious and clean apartment, great location but odd rules and limited comfort in summer.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, with an excellent and very well-equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the location is unbeatable—Altstätten is a beautiful town, well connected to the region and close to Austria and Liechtenstein. The apartment was also very clean, which gave us peace of mind after seeing previous reviews.

Cons: The deposit system was unusual and uncomfortable, with money being held from the credit card weeks before arrival and days after departure. The bedrooms were poorly furnished, with only the basics (beds and open wardrobes), no extra pillows or blankets, and no air conditioning or fans—during a heatwave, this made sleeping very difficult. Only one TV in the living room with local channels. Access to the apartment was through narrow wooden stairs outside the unit, which creaked a lot. The host’s communication started friendly but later felt cold and unhelpful, even avoiding questions about waste disposal and recycling. Small details like having to buy government-certified trash bags and even toilet paper for the stay were inconvenient.

Frio com conforto

Pros: Tudo exatamente como nas fotos. Respostas rápidas e atendimento impecável. Localização maravilhosa, no centro, próximo às lojas, mercado, bares, pubs e restaurantes. O apartamento é um conforto só, camas confortáveis, TV funcionando perfeitamente, cozinha fabulosa, não usei mas estava tudo lá funcionando. Forma de check-in perfeita.

Cons: Tudo perfeito, só temos a agradecer.

Schöne Wohnung an guter Lage

Pros: Schöne schlichte Wohnung. Die Zentrums nahe Lage. Parkplatz

Cons: Im Spiegelschrank ist vergessen worden zu Putzen

Wohnung mit gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für eine Woche mit vielen Aktivitäten.

Pros: Gute Lage als Startpunkt für Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren. Gute Grösse für 3 Personen. Ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage.

Cons: Ein kleines Update der Ausrüstung würde den Aufenthalt verbessern.

Pros: Das Apartment entsprach in jeder Beziehung den Erwartungen. Es ist gut eingerichtet und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber klappte bestens. Die Lage ist optimal.

Cons: Negativ zu vermerken sind zwei sehr unruhige Nächte aufgrund von feiernden Bewohnern im darüber liegenden Stockwerk.

Toller Aufenthalt. Immer wieder gerne. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Pros: Zentrale Lage im Herzen von Altstätten. Super Ausstattung. Schnelle Kommunikation. Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
