Malaysia 🇲🇾

Pros: We stayed at the lodge, short walking distance to the main hotel building for breakfast which was all fine. Considering the weather and season - rainy and drizzly autumn, the lodge living hall should be more generous in offering free coffee during lunch or tea time instead of only breakfast timing. And the shower should provide curtain for better privacy / sense of security. Overall a great stay and really nice place. Thanks!

Pros: This is a awesome place to live in surrounded by beautiful nature have a swimming pool. We had an awesome time 2 mins walk from train station .

Pros: Clean, modern room with excellent facilities (laundry, games, pool) and beautiful views. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was superb.

Cons: Paying extra to use the pool. For the price I'd expect this to be included.

Very comfortable, friendly and professional

Pros: Helpful and friendly front desk staff welcomed us despite our late arrival. Breakfast across the road at their sister hotel / resort was excellent with lots of fresh fruit and good quality juices. Would have liked to have longer to use their facilities but we were only staying the night.

Cons: Was a little awkward having to check in at their other hotel up the road... but not a big deal.

Lovely hotel in a magical location.

Pros: Location was amazing. Food was incredible and breakfast was one of the best breakfast buffets we have had. Staff were very friendly. Room was a great size.

Cons: Spa closed too early for us to use. Our bed creaked very loudly every time we turned. Could have clearer instructions on how to check in as lodge is away from the main hotel.

Perfect Hotel for exploring Appenzel

Pros: Amazing staff, amazing breakfast and amazing location. Probably the best of the lot you can ever stay in Switzerland. It’s bang off the station which is great, it makes connections very easy. Has good easy hikes nearby and for more challenging places ones you can easily be connected by public transportation
