Claudia is friendly, helpful and makes you feel at home.

Pros: Excellent breakfast. Friendly host. Always ready to assist. It felt like a second home.

Cons: A washing basin in the room would be good.

Pros: Lovely bnb in Appenzell. Only 5 min walk to the train station and 8 min into town centre. Claudia was friendly and provided a lovely breakfast and some general information on restaurants etc. The Appenzell card provided by Claudia was excellent for free travel on the local trains and cable cars. I would recommend Claudia's bnb to a friend.

A good choice for families

Pros: The host is friendly and offers a homely atmosphere. The house is great and the family bedroom well equipped. The view is beautiful. The breakfast is also good. The location is easy to find and next to the station.

Cons: They are pet friendly, something you should consider as Claudia's dogs are present. I love dogs but the strong smell was overwhelming for me and my family. I'm sure it is something easy to fix and was the only down part for us. I wish them the best!

Pros: I came with my family and we had a great stay at BnB Claudia. We came in summer, and at night it was a little hot. The house is very close to the train station and the old town, with a beautiful view from our bedroom. The breakfast was really good with cheese, jam, bread, butter, and coffee, and eggs. Claudia is a great host.

Amazing area and loved exploring parts of it.

Pros: Very centrally located and close to everything. Claudia was awesome and very helpful. Will definitely come again in future. We loved Appenzell and BNB Claudia.

Enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Claudia allowed us to store our luggage so we could hike. She was very eager to help us enjoy our stay! Breakfast was great for vegetarians. She even went out of her way to provide us with two rooms instead of one.
