Pros: Accommodation in the village. Very comfortable, underground garage and a few steps to the apartment, which is a big advantage. A car is necessary to explore the surrounding area. On-site booking was completely hassle-free, communication was almost instantaneous.

Excellent facilities and spotless cleanliness marred for us by noisy traffic noises and the smell of smoke from the flat
Pros: The space; the decor; the appliances; the storage; the parking.
Cons: The position of our apartment, which was right next to a crossroads. Although traffic was not heavy, much of it consisted of noisy farm vehicles, and all vehicle movements inevitably involved acceleration which was sometimes very loud. Another disappointment was that, being on the upper floor, we were regaled with the smell of the smokers on the balcony below. A small point: no lock on the bathroom door.

Comfortable
Pros: - clean - specious - equipped kitchen - nice view - Swiss quality
Cons: - tap water was warm even if it was on the cold settings, in Switzerland we drink tap water. In this case we were not comfortable drinking the tap water. I know this is a very specific thing but I want them to improve it.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, within 20 minutes from hiking paths, which was important for us. The kitchen is very well-equipped (oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, water boiler, equipment for cooking, cutlery, cleaning products), we could easily cook. The beds were comfy, and the room was enough for 2 people. The bathroom is also spacious, and there are lots of storage cupboards in the entrance hall. The little balcony was a plus you can sit out and enjoy the view of the mountains. Also the underground garage is really practical. All in all we were very satisfied! :)

Schönes und praktisches Apartment
Pros: Wirklich gut ausgestattetes Apartment und in unserem Fall mit schönem Ausblick über die Weide. Wir haben gerne auf dem Balkon gesessen. Zum Wandern im Alpstein für uns super, da wir mit dem Auto da waren. Die Tiefgarage ist top.
Cons: Es war recht warm im Zimmer, ohne gute Möglichkeit zum Kühlen. Der Platz war etwas beengt zwischen Bett und Balkon.

Das WohnMOTEL ist gut zu empfehlen, um das Appenzellerland zu erkunden
Pros: Sehr großzügige Platzverhältnisse mit liebevoller Einrichtung, sehr gepflegt. Küchenmässig alles vorhanden was für kochen und Backen an Gerätschaft benötigt wird. Ebenso wie eine Kaffeemaschine für Kapseleinsatz. Der Lebensmitteleinkauf -Backwaren, Fleisch- und Wurstwaren in Altstätten (Aldi vorhanden) ist mit kfz einfach zu realisieren. Die ländliche Lage des Motels bietet viele schöne Ausflugsziele.
Cons: Aus unserer Sicht gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und sehr freundlich, einfach toll.

Pros: Motel très bien situé, proche de St-Gall, d'Appenzell et du lac de Constance, on peut rayonner dans toutes les directions. Situation calme. La chambre est spacieuse et l'équipement top.

Pros: Dat je alle faciliteiten hebt in 1 ruimte. Genoeg pannen, borden en glazen en een vaatwasser. Balkon waar je kan zitten en roken. Op korte afstand van appenzell.

Comfortabel, gemütlich, ruhig, sauber und einfach schön.
Pros: Ich liebe die Apartments in dieser Anlage sehr. Es riecht gut, es ist gemütlich, super ausgestattet und der Blick auf die Berge ist wunderschön. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage ist mega komfortabel und ein Aufzug ist auch vorhanden. Sehr unkomplizierter Check-In.
