Pros: I liked everything. The only thing missing in the room was a sponge and dishwashing liquid

Pros: Good location with bus stops very close. A comfortable bed and pillows could be better though. Clean and warm for winter. There is a shopping mall with a supermarket just across the street.

Nice, good to couples.

Pros: Easy, nice apartment and nice gym. Nice and helpful staff.

Cons: A bit cold at the beginning. After the staff gave us a heater, room temperature was warm.

Pros: The size of the room and the location were great. The booking system was good and it was easy to have a code instead of a key. The explanations were good and we managed to book a parking space. The flat itself was tidy and comfortable and the bathroom great.

Cons: There was a smell of smoke in the flat when we came so unfortunately that wasn't ideal. The bed was ok but not very comfortable and the kitchen was lacking some basic tools. We also got a spam message a few weeks before our stay pretending to be Vision Appartment, so I didn't feel safe with regards to my data at all. The checkout is early and we try to push it back but we didn't get an answer on time, which was a shame.

Pros: Well positioned and easy access. Apartments have good size and are well equipped

Cons: Mattress is quite thin.

Nice apartment but with added costs

Pros: Nice modern apartment with all amenities needed. Cot was comfortable for baby however having to pay 45 CHF to rent a cot for 2 nights seemed a bit ridiculous. Nice view from the balcony and bed was comfortable.

Cons: No staff so no option of early check-in or to drop bags for a few hours. Access is only available after exactly 3pm. I am not happy with having to pay 45 CHF to rent a cot for 2 nights.

Good option for a last minute stay

Pros: no need to contact anyone, seamless experience, code given on the morning of my checkin. Room ready upon arrival no additional process needed. Location is okay: quick access with public transportation to the city center (5-7min), supermarket (Migros) located right in front of the building.

Cons: unclear checkout process. had to contact them via the app to make sure that no additional process was needed for checkout and that I just had to be out the door. The shared kitchen had not enough utensils to allow me to cook and no microwave, only an oven. It costed me extra money to purchase food outside, which is expensive in the area. The room only had a small fridge, a coffee machine (no coffee) and a boiler.

Nice and clean location 20 min walking from city centre

Pros: Nice and clean, we had a room with terrace which was very comfortable

Cons: The pillows were to soft and there is no closet where I could find extra pillows or some thicker blanket

Good clean apartment within easy reach of the town centre and station

Pros: Clean and well equipped apartment. Easy to find and an easy 15 minute walk to the town. On a main bus route as an alternative. Shopping centre nearby.

Cons: I hadn't realised there was no microwave but not a major problem.

With some minor adjustments, this place could be changed from good to excellent.

Pros: The location was perfect for those without a car. It's very close to a bus stop and several supermarkets. Great Gym and the building is new, clean, modern and soundproof. I commend you for the shared kitchen and the free laundry with so many washing machines and dryers.

Cons: No practical Check-in assistance. A phone number is of no use when you come from overseas and your phone does not work. The keypad entry is too sensitive; a manual key-button press would help a lot. No instructions for the coffee machine, and a kettle without a Swiss Plug. Lighting in kitchen/coffee area is not working.
