Perfect location for a visit to this beautiful region, near shops, amenities and train station.

Pros: Location was perfect for my 85 year old mother who grew up in Rheineck to see her family. We enjoyed having our own rooms in the apartment rather than sharing a hotel room. The apartment was modern and clean, it had everything that we needed. English TV channels were a bonus for me! Despite being 31° the apartment stayed relatively cool, especially at night. Hosts kindly arranged a convenient parking space which was much appreciated. It was home from home ❤️

Cons: I'd have to be very picky not to like this apartment. If anything, the high bar stools weren't ideal for an elderly person but it really wasn't a big deal.

Pros: Tranquille location, spacy apartment, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, some books.. This apartment has it all. It has a cosy vibe and we felt comfortable during our stay.

Cons: There were no tea cups. Parking for us as non Swiss people was rather complicated. We figured it is either for a fee next to the train station (8fr /day), or you need to get yourself a blue card and set it in the car, but on working days that is limited to only 1 hour or something. It would be nice if there had been a blue card supplied so we wouldnt have to hassle looking for it. Another thing is the complicated system with regards to trash, one is asked to buy special bags for all types of wastes which I find somewhat over the top for only a few nights stay.
